“Mahaganapati Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Dharwad, celebrated World Environment Day on June 5, 2025. Organized by the Department of Dravyaguna Vignana, the event followed the theme ‘#BeatPlasticPollution‘. The event began with an awareness rally led by Dr. S.V. Teggi, Principal, MAMC, Dharwad, and Dr. Prakash Tariwal, Dean, MAMC, Dharwad. The event continued with plantation activities and collecting plastic from the surrounding premises of the MAMC campus, followed by proper disposal. The presence and involvement of faculty members and students made the event successful”.
